Waterfall quilts huh? Reminded me i happened to buy a Quilt Sampler magazine and there is a quilt in there called Falling Water. it uses the folded square into a triangle method an then folding that edge over and stitching down. interesting. sort of like doing the faux catherdral block or the 10 minute one stitched down.

I have the wavy square one. I recommend using a rotating mat to cut them out.
