No, I haven't even heard of this and our area isn't on their list of known broadcasts. I'm thinking of buying the DVD set. I know a lot of the local quilters would be interested in seeing it.

I did a (Google) search on: why quilts matter history art & politics and then, chose "videos". To my surprise, there were lots of Episode bits to choose from.
The Press tab is another great feature on the Why Quilts Matter site!
Thanks for posting this-- on my birthday I can come home and watch episode #8... will have to try to catch the rest in rerun, our PBS usually reruns in the summer.
