Hi, I can't use the cool stuff at the top of the box we type these messages into. The smiles, colors etc. I can open them and click on them, but nothing happens. Does anyone know why?

The emoticons haven't worked in several months now. One of those "website improvement" things, you know. Somebody posted a list of emoticons and the way to manually type them in. I didn't save it, but maybe somebody will come along and repost for you.
