I'm almost finished sewing the blocks for an Arrowhead quilt using yellows, lavenders and whites. Had I NOT been yakking to Navy Wife one day while cutting my squares, I wouldn't need to make another one! Had to go to Keepsake for more fabric, too, since I was using a layer cake!! No photos yet. Will do that after pressing and squaring up the blocks.

great projects as usual.
I don't and won't have any blocks to show for some time. I somehow managed to break the big bone, that looks like a micky mouse ear in my hip. The Dr said "massive fracture". I am doing well though, the pain pills are working great. I am getting around pretty well with my walker.
Hope you all are well.

Oww Lumpy Tush, that injury sounds very painful indeed. Hope you mend quickly & the pain is manageable. Rest & make a sewing list of projects to do when you are on the mend. Ts for a speedy recovery.

Lumpy Tush! Don't go trying to change your name to Lumpier Tush by pulling stuff like that!! Eek

Hope you feel better soon. I have bone spurs on those bones, and they're bad enough. Can't imagine fracturing there, too. Don't you keep a quilt wrapped around your hips? I told DH that I'm going to dress like the Michelin Man when I get older. Broken hips scare the stitching out of me!! Eek

Thank You all for the warm thoughts. Actually it didn't hurt as bad as it would have had it been in the joint. I don't even want to think of that.
Pr*ayers for all.
