Does anyone have this machine? I would like to know how well the trim & stitch feature works.

Wiley, I don't have it. Hopefully when this gets bumped back to the top, someone who does will see it.

I don't have this machine either. But I have had a couple of other Janome models and have had very good luck with them.

Loved my Jem Gold but it didn't have the trim and stitch. It was their first lightweight machine and I gave it to my daughter as her first machine. Going ten years without any repairs (unlike my 7700).

I don't have the Janome, but have its cousin - a Kenmore mini elite, made by Janome, just with a different case on it and a different name. Same stitches, same set up, same weight, etc. Has a beautiful stitch and is really strong for its size. Its not my regular machine, but my take along and backup machine and I love it.
