Ladies do any of you have this mini iron? If so do you like it? and how much did you pay for it? I have been looking at it in a shop here, and it runs on batteries or plugs in, what I like about it versus other mini irons is the cordless option and the steam option...it sells for $55.00 here in Australa, which I think is pricey, but it is fitted with the Australian plug, I'd have to buy an adapter to use in the US and the vice versa if I purchase it there, I actually have a converter plug already for Aussie to US...I think it would be great for classes.This message has been edited. Looks good! I just have the little clover iron which I love but it plugs in only. Wonder how long the batteries last? That is a wonderful feature, I think.
I have a lil iron that I rec'd from a SS and I love it when taking classes. It's a bit different than this and doesn't use batteries. We sell this type at JA's and I can check the price when I'm at work later today [closing shift]. I'll post the price when I get home.
Is there a site that gives user feedback, on this iron? You might want to google it and see...

I got mine from KeepsakeQuilter (ordered from the catalog) for $30. It comes in real handy, right beside my sewing machines with the "Steady Betty" pressing surface. Don't have to keep the big ironing board set up all the time.

I believe that this is the one that many of my friends had at a retreat. They love it and I have been thinking of getting one ever since . . . I have a small Rowenta that is not made anymore and it is still going strong. I believe that we saw it on Amazon a while back .
I have one and I love it. I use it more at home next to my sewing machine because it saves the on ups and downs and I like to press every seam. When I go to my sit and sew they have a professional Rowenta and I use it because the burst of steam but I love it when I go an a retreat.
