I'm one of those that likes to say thank you to my neighborhood at Xmas for just being my neighbor. Found this last night and thought it was a pretty nice idea. Would also be great as a handout for the holiday parties.

I'd be using fleece or flannel scraps as the cap.

This blog is shared on her site as the inspiration for the popcorn snowmen. Check it out for cute things to do with candy bars.

TcMay, I'm sure you will enjoy the cake. If you want to you can use about a cup of the cake mix to make a crumb topping. Just adds a little 'crunch' to the cake.

my daughter makes and sells those at the xmas boutiques that she sell in every year. mom's buy them for their kids to give to their teachers, women buy them to give to co-workers. so inexpensive.

I picked me up a box of popcorn today, so I guess I'll be handing them out in about a month.
