Andy Williams passed away.
So sad to hear that Andy Williams passed away yesterday. So enjoyed dining with COF at his Moon River Grill. My heart goes out to his family.

That is sad...one of my Dad's very favorites.

When i read your post, I was a doubter. False reports of celeb deaths very common these days.

My deepest sympathies to family and friends.

He was always one of my favorites.
I have a few of his albums and I always watched every Christmas show he did. He had a beautiful voice.
I'll miss him.

So sad about Andy Williams. He is part and parcel of my childhood, teen years and adulthood. When I was a junior in high school the theme was Moon River for the senior prom. I also miss very much and was shocked by the recent passing of Marvin Hamlisch. I got to see him in person, oh say within the last ten years and was very much impressed with his eloquence, music, and philanthropy.

Sorry I missed the experience of the Moon River Grill dining. Bet that was awesome.

So very sorry to read this news. I can't be getting old enough to see so many of my favorite childhood idols die.

I was surprised to see how many great people had passed away this year on Sunday's award show. Our family always watched Andy Williams Christmas Special.

awwww-I feel so sad. I just loved him. And Andy Griffith too. My Mom always said "You can tell when you're getting old old caz everyone you know is passing away"! Bummer!

My husband and I had the pleasure of seeing his last Christmas Concert Tour. We were given the tickets and I enjoyed it so much I said to my husband "We have to do this every year it would put any Scrooge in the Christmas Spririt." It was so uplifting and joyus....at the end of the show he announced that it would be his last year to tour and he was building a theater in Branson and I said to my husband "Guess we have to go to Branson next year....but we never made it there.
