My Pfaff grandquilter quit working for me last week. The shop I bought it from has gone out of business. I bought an embroidery machine at the Viking shop 6 years ago. They normally do not service what they do not sell. I called the Viking manager today and they will service my Pfaff for me. There still is good customer service out there.

Owie

It's our good MD air (and heat/humidity). I'm in Frederick, MD and the sewing machine lady at my JoAnn's threaded (and made some fiddly adjustments to) an old machine that was given to me and declared it was sewing beautifully....saving me a bill from the repair man for an estimate re whether it was a well working machine.

My sister lives in Havre de Grace.
