i havent worked on any blocks or any quilting this month yet..
still need to find just the right fabrics.. hopefully i can look some today.. was gonna sew this weekend but SIL said needs us this whole weekend if we can.. This message has been edited. San, do not stress over my blocks, just take it easy and go where you are needed. I am in no hurry whatsoever!
Not sure what trouble folks are having, but if it is those pesky triangles here is what I do: I keep the print out of the directions at the machine when I'm ready to sew. I actually lay out the two triangles (Matching the photo)and very carefully flip them together holding the edge that needs to be sewn. I put them together in what looked like the logical arrangement on more than one occassion myself - lol! Wrong! Be sure to share your concerns - someone may have already figured out something easier. Or, others may not have started yet and can avoid our frustration. |

joyce~ mine are all cut out sitting by my machine but I haven't had a chance to get them sewn together. LONG story but just say it's been very chaotic around here lately

Joyce, I'm working on May blocks. My one and only grandbaby has been in the hospital since last Friday with an E Colli bacterial infection and I've been spending a lot of time there with her. Sorry, but will get them out to you before the month is out.

I picked up the fabrics yesterday after quilt class. Will get them to you at the end of the month. I'll be doing 2 blocks in the same colour scheme as the ones on the Sunshine Quilters webpage photos. |

Joyce, i got fabric cut for 1 patriotic block today..

I'm so happy to hear more of you are working on blocks for me! It's just so exciting! Nawnie - I trust your little one is doing better! I will remember her in my 'talk'. It is so extra hard when something happens to our wee ones. They can't express their concerns and confussion either.
