There are MAJOR air fare w@ars going on right now ... BUT THE DEADLINE IS THURSDAY! YOU MUST BOOK BY THURSDAY TO GET THESE GREAT PRICES! BUT FARES ARE RUNNING $49, $99, AND $149 ... PLEASE GO CHECK IT OUT!

Air Tran is the airline going into BKG Branson, and they were the airline bought by Southwest... they have numerous flights into Branson everyday, and there are no problems with the airlines, and no rubber bands to wind (I flew in one of those ONCE)

I'm booked!

I'll be arriving in Branson on Thursday, September 20th, at 1:24 PM. In time for Early Bird but not the quilt shop tour (rats). Oh well, I'm getting there, and for now, that's all that matters.

I also booked a room for myself (DH still hasn't made up his mind). So, I will either share with him or have a mini-queen suite all to myself.

Now where is that challenge fq?

muggomuggo - what are your parameters (sp)? If you book the 19th and return the 25th it's $216 which is pretty good. Also the 20th to the 25th. I'm coming in on the 19th and leaving the 24th - same price from Rochester, NY.

Changed my plans! We're flying now instead of driving. Coming in 9/19, leaving 9/25.

The problem with that,Char, is that I would spend more in lodging fees...

you're right... but I was so pleased to see rates that were not completely out of sight.

I booked my flight last night!

Was really surprised to see that the price for flights were 1/2 of what they were a couple weeks ago...have been checking for months and they were always $400-$500+...the flight for rd trip for me was $228...I'll be arriving on weds!

Hey Gems ~ Shuttle (limo lol) will start on Wednesday... let us know if you come in that day and what time And it will run til Monday noon But we won't leave anyone stranded

Just to let you know - FARES ON AIRTRAN WERE LOW TODAY June 20.

I booked my flight today and I am a happy camper. I will be arriving on Wednesday also. Can't wait to see you all.
