.. Fleur55 just called, her computers are down, no programs up yet - new stuff has a way of halting personal fun time. She will be a few days until she can get online - but is so impressed she is still just gasping ... red laundry basket???
now she can't get it all back in the basket after taking it out to look at it ... she has said "I am in AWE" at least 10 times so far ... I'm typing listening and and laughing at her all at the same time...books, fabric, patterns, kits, threads, minkie, FQs, lace, charms, completed QUILT TOP that is hand pieced - here comes another OMGOSH .. she is still listing and I can't type that fast .. vintage purse handles that are just a thrill, laces and pretties for her new efforts at crazy quilting, note cards, beads ... she's still talking ...

Well.. You have one thing wrong..

All the ladies HERE ON THIS FORUM know how to put together a basket... I bought the red basket and the ladies here all sent things to go in it...

We filled that red basket up so fast, I went out and bought 2 more baskets to fill up! I couldn't find any more of those red baskets and found a half price sale on machine totes so I bought machine totes instead...

We all worked together and filled up 3 stuffed to the gills!!

THAT my dear friends is TEAM WORK!

... I'm speaking for Dianne here since she is 'disconnected' putting in new computers for she and DH ... she is blown away by the wonderful and beautiful gifts stuffed without a bit of air space left into that bright red basket .. she will be along in a day or 2, I guess depending on expertise , and say her own thank yous - but for now, I'm sending them out to all of you for her.
THANK YOU SO MUCH ... TO EVERYONE THAT MADE THE BOX SO MUCH FUN AND SO FULL OF BLESSINGS.
(p.s. yes, I truly do know how wonderful the board members are, and as a newbie, she is learning fast c/s)

meeee too....got my box/basket today....had to take a nap before posting....it wore me out totally....34 pounds of goodies in that box/tote....I got one of the gorgeous totes....filled with fabrics, books thread, needles,.....all kinds of fun and interesting things.....soo cool.....Thank You to all the ladies who donated things.....very cool to win....and now Thearica......I need to know what the postage was....so I can help you out with that...i am sure that is wasn't cheep!

the goods.....there was a lot of thread in here....love to have all that thread....books, fabrics....even a cute little quilt.....patterns....just interesting and a ton of fun to wade thru

can't see it very well in the pic but even one of those thread catchers....to hang by your machine....made by a special some one....I am sure!

The lady at Staples asked me if I was already sending Christmas presents because of the tape I used. lol

I laughed and told her , "No, ya'll threw that tape on sale last Christmas for 50 cents a roll so I scooped up all you had!"

I am glad both baskets made it safe and sound! I will be hand delivering to Craftylady in 3 weeks!

unless I get a hankering to go to Mary Jo's before then! haha! I need to call my friend Faith!
