Okay, here are photos of binding for a quilt. I am using a faux piped binding. I was going to use just this, but then I learned prairie points! Which do you like? It's for my daughter.

Both look great but I think I prefer the one without the prairie points.

I'll be the first to vote Big Grin, I like the second one better--with the prairie points. That was such a fun class at the retreat and I look forward to putting that knowledge to use soon.

Great bright quilt!

Okay now that's funny! The first two votes are opposites!

That means you can't go wrong no matter which you decide to do!

You will probably get a lot of opposite votes! They both are good choices. Depending on who the quilt is for would make my decision. Since it is for your daughter, I would go with the second one. She will probably really like the added color and texture.

Pretty quilt! Can you reverse the colors and put the bright pink on the inner border? I think that green is a little "heavy".

Wish I could, but nope, it's all sewn and other than the pink (which I purchased to make the points) the rest was freebie fabrics. Smile

The binding is already sewn to the back of the quilt. It just has to be flipped and stitched!

That was a fun class with City Sandie!
I do like the Prairie Points. They give it an extra 'zing'!
