Thank you stm and patty!

@Patty: what kind of problems other than a cat while quilting? It's really not hard and if you want to I can walk you through it. Just let me know.

I like it!

Is it a stack the deck type block? Cut and shuffle the stack of fabrics.

Good choice for the back.

Thanks Strings and yes, it is. I cut the blocks three times. Started with 12.5" aquares and ended up with 11.5" unfinished.

I love it! I like how all the different Christmas fabrics blend well together and the red really sets them all off. So nice!

Thank you all!

@Rainbow: it's really easy. You start with squares, cut them once, shuffle the fabrics, sew together again, repeat twice and you have new blocks. Square them up, make a quilt Big Grin

My kitty still thinks it's hers. The quilt is on my couch now and she's sleeping on it all the time. Do you think she wants to tell me something?

Maybe you can sneak under it with her and cuddle. I love it when my cat comes to sleep with me at night. Better than an electric blanket!!!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

I loved that too but since she attacked me a few times in the middle of the night she's not allowed to sleep with me anymore.

Your quilt is wonderful! I am bound and determined to have a Christmas lap quilt on every chair by next year and put a dent in my overflowing Christmas stash. Great job.
