The Circle of Friends Branson Retreat is almost here!!! The retreat starts in a very short time ... LESS THAN 2 MONTHS!!! ... so it's time to get all the TRAVEL INFO together!

First of all, I would like to THANK nlk (our buddy, Nicki) for her INVALUABLE HELP in compiling this info. I appreciate her stepping up and being the "go-to person" for gathering all this info !

SO HERE'S WHAT WE NEED ~

~ Please SEND A PM TO Nicki (board name nlk), telling of your travel arrangements.
If you are TRAVELING BY CAR, please let us know your arrangements for arrival and departure, and we can make sure all is well Smile If you are bringing passengers with you, please let us know who you will be driving with. This can't surprise y'all that I would want to know this ... I AM a mama hen you know Smile

~ We need you to include the following information:
* board Name
* real Name
* cell number (if you have one)
* email (we've had a couple that don't work anymore)

* date you will be arriving in Branson
* arrival time
* flight number
* airline you are traveling with

* departure date you will be leaving us
* departure time
* flight number
* airline you are returning home with
* how far in advance you need to be at the airport

~ You CAN post your travel info here (maybe a friend will be traveling at the same time).

~ We will be sending you a CONFIRMATION of receiving your information through PM, or email, whichever you use.

~ We will also double-check everything on LABOR DAY WEEKEND to see if any info or travel arrangements have changed.

PLEASE NOTE ~ IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY US IF THE AIRLINE CHANCES YOUR TRAVEL PLANS.

On Labor Day weekend, we will be sending out LINDSAY's CELL PHONE number to you so if you get delayed or bumped up, you can let us know so we can change our shuttle schedule.

This is a big under-taking and it will take TOTAL COMMUNICATION to ensure everyone gets to the retreat and in a timely manner. Please help us with this part!

THANK YOU for helping Nicki to get all this info together. And THANK YOU for ALL the help y'all have given in planning for the classes, boutiques, and registration! Circle of Friends is gonna be a blast ... cause it's the PEOPLE who make the retreat so fun!

I will be arriving on Frontier Air Lines on Thursday 9/20 at 2:13 pm. After the retreat I will be leaving sometime on Monday by car and will fly home from Denver on the 27th. This is going to be a fun trip again this year. And again I will be spending a few days with family after the retreat and before I go home.

Jane_Kiwi & I are arriving late Tuesday night and leaving early Monday morning. That's the plan right now anyway. If we could pick up someone along the way or drop them off when we leave and split the gas money that would be GREAT!

I delayed buying my ticket TO Branson and of course the price went up. Grrrr, but I went ahead. It's always such a gamble. Airtran doesn't book through travel sites so won't refund the difference if the price goes down. Oh well....I'm GOING!
I will arrive Thursday and leave Sunday to go see my DD, who I haven't seen since the first of October last year. Smile
PM sent!

I am flying, will arriving on Thursday at 11:01am, leaving on Monday at 6:10pm. I think that Bluesnail and I are going to end up meeting in Atlanta and will come and go at the same time.
Is anyone else gonna be in Atlanta for Flight 160 to Branson, or going out on Flight 347 from Branson. We could meet up.

Quiltywifey, What kind of popcorn is that? Must be unpopped, I love popcorn and have it often at my house. I have a kettle only used to pop corn that I got when I got married from my dad who always used that kettle for popcorn. I'm sure it is very old and makes the best popcorn. YUM
