Has anyone else been getting emails from this place? They have lots of quilt patterns and how to videos.

I've gotten these for a while and there are some neat patterns and videos, but I can't figure out how to download the ones from Pattern Playground, can only print them.

Ellen: there are a couple of ways you can save the patterns without printing them. Here's the easiest.

Once you have clicked on the 'Get This FREE Pattern button and the print page come up, simply go up to your menu bar and click on the 'File' button. Go down and click on 'Save page as'. Your file window will open and you can decide where you want to save the pattern. Name the file and then click on 'OK'. That will save the pattern for you.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, Paus! I have one of their emails in my inbox now and I'll try that.

Finally figured it out. I use Chrome and there's no tool bar, but found Save by clicking the little white bars at the upper right. Too bad this site isn't a little more user-friendly by naming or numbering the patterns, having an index, and adding download ability.

Good, glad you found a way to do the "save".

I agree with you about that first site. Those Pattern Playground patterns need some form of identification.
