I was just wondering how many states were going to try to get into the QWL Challenge in Jan. It will be interesting to see again how many states will get into the challenge. Hugs, Maggie

I know Wisconsin will join in the challenge. We'll have to see what Sue and I come up with this time. We both appreciate the keepers of our Free doms and this is a small thing to do to let them know. Pat

Quilter Chris- this is Quilts With Love for the soldier overseas. Check out posting on QWL Challenge coming up by MedeMo. She has all the information on that post. It is fun and for a great cause. Hope you will be able to join. Sue

Chris, QWL is Quilts With Love. It is a project started on this board in Sept of 2003 to make quilts and send to the troops. We have been making them ever sinc then and have sent 3014 quilts so far and sending more all the time. There is a post on here titled for the QWL State challenge that has the instructions listed there. If you don't find it just repost and ask. Someone is always generous to help answer any questions. Several have been with the project from the start. We are a licensed corporation and a charitable 501c group. Meaning any donations are tax deductable if you wish. Hope this helps. Maggie

.. Nancy, I'm definitely SOUTH .. I'm probably less than 2 hours from Mexico .. do you know where the 15 Fwy is going South? I'm slightly west of it in Chino Hills - N of the 91 and right off the 71. I'm a transplant - been here abut 15 years but still have web feet and moss on my North side.

Are you challenging us in the QWL states thing??
We're ready ... Smile

If Tornado Helen was still here, I'd say yes. But she moved to Nevada and she could whip our patoooties with one hand behind her back. I'd rather join you. I'm more of team player than a banty rooster...
