Editing this as response to Pause and Stm....I started to say something about this playing tricks on my eyes, but YES, this one really blew me away!

My vision has returned; however, I still have blurry vision -- BUT--I CAN see!!!!! Hoping the bluriness will soon go away. Thanks for all the T and P's.
