One block can have many different names. How many names does the eight pointed star have, for instance.

I was cleaning out my block library and came across a couple that are interchangeable. So you tell me which they are, OK?

Fish, bird, or plane?

lolllll

Quilt Pro has a subscription where you get a new block every day. I've been collecting them for a couple of years and recently I've been seeing duplicates. Last night I was looking for something mindless to do and decided to clean out the block library. As quilters we do know some blocks have many names while being the same block.

These three, in particular, tickled me. As with other blocks, depending on the fabrics used, they all were called a bird, a fish, or a plane. I guess, blocks like beauty, are in the eye of the beholder, or quilter.
