A couple more neat peeks. The final quilts are going to be a sight to behold.

Hope to find time this weekend to work on mine. The time is just going so fast!

That last peek is gorgeous! Lori, you had those fq's, LOL? They are beautiful, but then I like your fabric choices. I do recognize the b/w and w/b in that picture.

Been too much going on around here this summer to work on it much.

So... I picked up my sewing maching from the shop, unpacked by pieces (as well as the rest of my sewing room), plugged in the machine and SEWED! Now that I'm approaching the end of the boxes and the morning sickness is getting a little better, maybe I'll actually get this done!

I did more cutting and sewing and cutting, now watching tv and cutting apart strip sets. Is that a good clue? If I sew tomorrow, I may have rows completed.

• • • These next two months are going to be a bear for me, with trying to get this quilt done, plus my FQ challenge and preparing for the retreat.

I'll need your help cheering everyone on. And, I'll try to post the peeks a little more often as more are coming in.

Hey, Jean! I'm in the same boat as you — COF challenge, retreat prep, S2T quilt, and getting ready for school to start. Oh yeah, and there's that little matter of some rinky-dink D*** Jane top to quilt.

I like the woven black/yellow heart. The intersecting pieces have the black background with yellow/orange dots. Very clever! Can't wait to see the rest. Smile

Lots of WOW's in the 2nd peek of the day. I like the crisp whites with brights and spring colors.

You know, when I was not a participant in this challenge I would look at the finished quilts with awe and wonder at how fun and interesting they were. Now that I am a participant I have a much greater appreciation for all of the GREAT blocks, applique and quilts that are accomplished with the basic same starting fabbies. I look at the peeks with much more interest since I have used the fabbies in my quilt also. Fun. Thanks, Jean, for a great challenge!

You can do it, Lisa! I'm waiting on some quilting elves to come and help me. Maybe I should leave everything out at night and see if they come and work on it for me Smile.

Wow, Elaine, great job. I know that there are some finished already, that's great!

School starts next Monday, so I'm going to be stitching like a crazy woman.

Yay, Elaine!

Lisa, when those elves are done at your house, just send them southeast a few miles, and they'll find more to do here.
