I saw this tutorial on a blog today and I thought it was a great idea to save money on those padded shipping envelopes we use for swaps. Thought I'd share.

Great idea! I have a stack of used yuellow envelopes and now all I have to do is wait for a rainy day to dress them up!

That's exactly what I thought too! I hate to throw away used ones, so have been collecting them. Add them to the scrapbook paper I have bought with good intentions and never got around to using, and I have everything I need for a new project.

Does this qualify for "stash-busting"?

I got some birthday ones from the Postal System here when they were going on deep, deep clearance. How lovely to put something in the mail knowing the person on the other end will get a smile.
