A special Happy Birthday to my SS giver. Hope your time with your Mom is uneventful as can be, with surgery and all. Then you can celebrate more when you get home. Enjoy.

Happy Birthday Mountain Laurel! Wishing you a beautiful day and the best year ahead!

Happy Erm and Wiley -looks like you both recieved some wonderful gifts!

Well ladies, it looks like another year of birthdays has passed and we are all another year younger (in the mind LOL). I want to thank each one of you for being a part of this swap and look forward to another successful year in 2013. Thank you all for honoring your commitment and sending out such thoughtful gifts.

Just a gentle reminder - if your Birthday girl for 2013 has her birthday in January , please be sure to have your gift in the mail at least a week before so she will get it in time and also remember to send me the confirmation number. Thank you Big Grin

I received my SS birthday gift from MelindaMG today. It is wonderful. Filled with lots of goodies. She made me one of her fabric scarves. Love the colors. A sign to hang in my sewing room, a travel cup with my favorite snowmen on it. A cute little notebook just the right size to fit in my purse. A baked apple pie candle (now you are going to make me hungrier). A quilt kit. Looks like it will be fun to do. Love the fabric. A pair of cuddly socks. A tin with candy in it. a small Olfa cutter knife. A beautiful little dish that she picked up in Cancun. Lovely. And a beautiful card. Thank you for all of the thought you put into my package.

You are a great SS. May your new year be the best! (((HUGS)))

Melinda.. Please don't think anymore about it. I enjoyed opening it on a day when there were no other gifts to open. Having a birthday near Christmas is sometimes difficult to distinguish what gift is for what. I love everything you put in my package. Thanks so much. (((HUGS)))

PS. Hope to see you here more often.

I had twin grandsons born on Christmas night (6 1/2 weeks premature) n my son (their daddy) was just saying that he hoped that it would be atleast mid January before they arrived Smile so that their birthdays wouldn't be so close to Christmas! Nope, they wanted out NOW, so now we've got 2 Christmas babies ....what a blessing but hope their birthdays don't ever get overlooked~ So glad that you weren't toooo bummed~ Hugs, Lin
