I want to thank all of you who helped me come up with the borders for this quilt. Especially Paus, since I ended up using part of your idea. I really love how the quilt turned out. It will be auctioned on Sunday with proceeds going to our charity project group. I will update you afterward.

I loved your quilt when you asked for suggestions on the border, but now...well, it is perfect!

Ooooohhhhhh, she sez. Sooooo beautiful. That narrow border is perfect.

You need to share your quilt photo with the designer. What a compliment.

Better yet, you did a fantastic interpretation of her pattern.

The Urban Cabin quilt sold at auction today for $525. It sold for $25 more than last years quilt, so I think it did pretty good. The money will be used to buy supplies for our charity quilt project at the church. It should keep us going for another year.

Thanks for all your support and help on this quilt. It's great to be able to come here for ideas when I need help. I also appreciate all of your kind words.

Great job on finishing the quilt, Karen. Glad to see the amount that was raised at auction too. I'm sure that the new owner will treasure it.
