I want to thank all of you who helped me come up with the borders for this quilt. Especially Paus, since I ended up using part of your idea. I really love how the quilt turned out. It will be auctioned on Sunday with proceeds going to our charity project group. I will update you afterward.
... ooooohhh that is beautiful ... and I LOVE the way you bordered and finished it ... a work of art. Let usknow how it does ....it won't be a fair amount, it won't bewhat it's worth, but i sure hope it's a lot!

The Urban Cabin quilt sold at auction today for $525. It sold for $25 more than last years quilt, so I think it did pretty good. The money will be used to buy supplies for our charity quilt project at the church. It should keep us going for another year.
Thanks for all your support and help on this quilt. It's great to be able to come here for ideas when I need help. I also appreciate all of your kind words.
