Jen- that is a very bright block with great contrasting color. Love it. Congrat's on getting all your chain blocks done. It is a great feeling to have all of it done. Sue

Jen, beautiful block! Love your colors.
And you have the 13 chain blocks done! Good for you!
I'm still deciding... I found and made one... didn't look good next to the first two blocks IMHO! Have another idea brewing! At least there are months before we need them!

Jen - your block is gorgeous! Haven't had a chance to work on this months yet. I think I'm going to be the straggler this month!

I'm jealous that all your chain blocks are done. I'm like Malou, I can't make up my mind about them!

QJen, your star is glowing! I love it!

I only made one chain block. I used EQ to draw the block and the lay out. I hope it works out!

So many pretty blocks this month. I finished mine this morning. PPing was a lot easier than when I tried it before. Thanks Gonesewin for the PPing class in Branson. Now maybe I'll try some of the PPing blocks in the Sylvia quilt I've been putting off.

Meme quilts, pretty block the red pops nicely.

Going slowly with the pping, not a pro at it. I've done two sections, six to go. Hope to finish this week.

This morning I sewed together the first row, 3 chain blocks and the two monthly blocks. I also worked on a few more chain blocks. I'm also starting to think about the first border for the quilt. Can you tell I'm anxious to do the next block?

I did go back and print out all the instructions for last year's BOM. Maybe I should work on some of those blocks. I really need to finish some of my other projects before starting another new one....

Mine doesn't match up as much as I would like it to, but it is finished. I didn't want to rip anymore and stretch the block further.

Thanks everyone for posting pics of your fnished blocks! I love seeing them- it's a real shot of inspiration! I've printed several of them off & will put them in the notebook that I'm putting together for this year's B.O.M. patterns- everything will be in sheet protectors which will make flipping thru the patterns & pics so much easier!

Happy Stitching All!

Thanks for all the compliments.

I decided not to sew my monthly blocks to my chain blocks until the end of the year so I can move them around.

Is it March 1st yet? New block + my birthday = a great day!
