I would love to participate this year. I sat last year out.

Hi LanaR,

Lindaj and I -- Quilter Chris have already broached the subject for our second year. We thought it was a little early to post on it. We will be getting to it soon. Questions call me at 815-427-8103. I will be happy to help. Chris Holub aka Quilter Chris

Chris, I thought that Linda and you last year had said you were doing it again. I wasn't trying to do it----just asking about it so I know what I have to do for swaps for this year. I have another Christmas type of swap I have been in since 2000 or 2001 and was just thinking of how many items and type of things to come up with. Just hoping and making sure that one would be on here. Thanks to you two for hosting it!!! Smile I love the swap!!!

To answer your question Fleur55 We make twelve Items and send them to the hostess, she will mix them up and send you back twelve different one. and we open one a day for twelve days. We usually post who we get from but do not tell what it was as some one else need to be surprised when they open theirs from them. with more that twelve people involved, you might receive something different than some one else. No matter how many are involved in the swap you only make twelve and receive twelve. They do not have to be a Christ@as item. Some things that I have recieved in the past, pin custions, tool caddies, earrings, coasters, ornitments, Wonder walet, tissue holders, small tote bags, Hope this give you some ideas and watch for the post and join.

Thanks LanaR for asking. You can start on your 12 gifts and just sit on them to be ready to mail. We will post officially in a few weeks. I can't believe how many are interested already! We welcome one and all Quilter Chris

P.S. Thanks for the explanation Applebetty, couldn't have done better myself.

I participated in this last year and the gifts were nicer things than any other swap I have done. It was a lot of fun swapping with friends and having a surprise for 12 days at Christmas. Glad you are doing it again.
