I've encouraged my sister to join us here on the message board (I want her to be able to come with me to the COF retreat next year )
Anyway, she should be along shortly...please say Hi!!
I Think I'm on! Anyway I am AngelaC sister. I enjoy quilting but don't get alot of time at it. Hope I can start making more time.

Hi PatriciaAnne, Welcome to the boards. We are sure to enjoy having you here. Angela has been great to get to know.
Hi and welcome PatriciaAnne! Hope you both get to go to the retreat next year. Sounds like they have some neat things planned!

Welcome to our little family, PatriciaAnne!
If you are ever in the market for fabric swaps, I'm your woman. Hope you can join in the fun!
Glad you joined us and look forward to meeting you in June!
my philosophy: there are no real mistakes in quilting, just design opportunities!!
Welcome to the boards Patricia Anne, can't wait to see your quilting projects!
Angela - show her how to post pics so we can get some eye candy!
PatriciaAnne - Welcome!
“May God give you...For every storm a rainbow, for every tear a smile, for every care a promise and a blessing in each trial. For every problem life sends, a faithful friend to share, for every sigh a sweet song and an answer for each prayer.”
Sometimes I laugh so hard tears run down my leg! Lois
Hello, there! Glad you've joined this "family" of friends!
Welcome from Wisconsin. I won your sister, Angelas, quilt at the Branson retreat, and it is a beauty, (I know I was so lucky). I sew with my sister almost daily so I know how lucky you are that you share your sisters Love Of Quillitng. Welcome again. Pat
Another welcome! We have a few sister pairs now. It's great that you two have a common hobby. I think that being on this board has helped me enjoy quilting more and increased my skills. I joined some block swaps and wanted to be sure that each one was nicely pieced. Ideas like colors, design, ... we all learn from one another. BTW, our weekly Sew'NTell thread and our monthly Stashbusters thread are full of photos. Be sure and check those out.
I'm looking forward to hearing more from you and you get comfortable with us and are ready to share some photos of your quilts.
Welcome, you can learn so much from the talent on this board.
Welcome to the board. You will have soo much fun here and learn many things.
Hi and Welcome! Have fun here!
Howdy from Texas! This is a great quilting board & everyone is so very, very helpful & fun to be around. Post often & show us what you are working on. We like finished & unfinished project pictures.
We live in the home of the free...because of the brave.
Welcome PatriciaAnne! Hope you enjoy the board and stick around for a long time!
From one Patricia to another, welcome to our sisterhood.
Welcome to the boards. I know you will love all of the great inspiration you will receive from this group.
Welcome, PatriciaAnne, glad to have you with us! We do have quite a few sister pairs with us now, mine NOT being one of them. Whoa, if I ever get her into quilting that will be something!
Have fun here with us!
Howdy from Texas!
LOL That's what I told my SIL (sister-in-law) too. That she was going to have to join us here so that she could go to the next retreat that I could make. I told her if she didn't sign up that I would sign her up and start posting and people would think that she's nuttier than me.
Does this hat make my butt look big?
Take your time getting to know us, and hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as we do!! I am Patricia Ann, but go by Pat. I enjoyed meeting your sister in Branson, and look forward to meeting you soon.
Do you live in MD too? My DH and I lived in Hyattsville, MD for 31 years before returning to NC in 2006. Our sons still live in MD.
Welcome PatriciaAnne ... Angela has done you in GF ... once here you become an addict of one sort or an other ... all GOOD of course Stash building, fabric needs, computer always on, tool must-haves for instance ...
I cannot change 'things', but I can change how I feel about them. Me.

Wow, never seen so many people up and on the boards so early!!!
Welcome, Patricia. Hope you'll enjoy your time with the crazies here.
Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain.
Welcome from Florida.
Stop in any time you might have. We have a lot of infrequesnt posters. Around Christmas I am one of them too... Chris
Hi, PatriciaAnne. Nice to have you here. It truly is a 'family'. We are all 'quilting sisters'.

Welcome to the board.
Welcome to the boards PatriciaAnne. Can't wait to meet you in June.
Our lives are like quilts - bits and pieces, joy and sorrow, stitched with love.

Welcome to the board, Patricia Anne. PattyJ and I are sisters and we met your sister at the retreat. Do you live close to Angela? Have you been quilting long? Let us get to know you and post lots of pics. I love pics. LOL. Hope to see you post often. Maybe your sister will volunteer you for projects, just like mine does. It is great to be involved. Sue
Welcome Sister Patricia Ann! Glad you joined us! Angela is such a sweet person and I had so much fun being with her in Branson. You will enjoy all that's on this MB and the members here are just the best!
Welcome Patricia Anne, Angela is a great quilter, you will be up to speed in no time!! Lots of inspiration here.
The smallest Cross in the corner is the one you put in the room.
I hope all our daily ups and downs are with needle and thread.

Hi Sis! Welcome to the board! I'm the shy one on here! Just ask your Sister!! This message has been edited. Last edited by: Shauna's crafty quilter,

Ummm, yeah...Shauna's the shy one
Thanks for the warm welcome! I do live in the same area as Angela. She does so much more quilting than I do. I am more of a quilt top pieceworker. I have about 1 1/2 dozen tops waiting to be quilted, I'm just to afraid of ruining my precisely pieced work. Yes ALL my points MUST match!!!
I do hope to be able to get more involved with projects.
Hello from another Texan, PatriciaAnne. Welcome to the board.
Welcome aboard. I am envious of the sister groups on here. My sister brings me her buttons to sew on for her. She does not even know how to thread a needle.
If you have any questions just ask, there is always someone on this board that can help you and we would welcome help from you also.
Patricia Anne- even if you do not have your tops quilted, we would love to see pic's of your done tops. PLEASE. Pat
