Well, here we are! I am very excited to be hosting this year's retreat in Harrisburg, PA. And now it's October 1st and it's time for the sign ups to begin There are less than 9 months til Retreat and SO MUCH TO DO!!! I have a great committee helping me out to give you a fantastic time so I sure hope we'll see you there
No PM is necessary - you are Un-official when I put you on the list AND OFFICIAL when I receive your retreat fee.
DATES: Friday, June 21st thru Sunday, June 23rd, 2013.
HOTEL: The cost of the retreat will be the same as last year. $180 for the weekend. As always, your special guest is welcome to join us for meals at an additional cost. The hotel (whose information you will receive once registration is closed) is giving us a special price of $95/night!
RETREAT FEES: Because we are so close to the holidays and 2012 retreat just ended and the economy being what it is, I have decided to help out by allowing 3 payments. You MAY pay it all in full or in 2 payment if you'd rather. I MUST have at least the first payment by NOVEMBER 3, 2013 however to hold your spot. Here's the timeline on retreat costs and deposits. Please be sure to MARK THESE DATES on your calendar... those not received by these dates will be put on the waiting list, and a waiting list person will be moved into your spot. a. Deposit: $60.00 - Due by November 3, 2012. You will have until then to get it to me or your name will go on the wait list and the first person on the wait list will get your spot. (You may pay the full retreat fee if you like) b. Remaining Fee: $120.00 - May be paid in full by January 3, 2013 or due in 2 payments of $60. One by January 3, 2013 and the final payment of $60 due by March 3, 2013.
*** MAKE ALL CHECKS OUT TO ME (LORI SUCHOMEL)***
We are opening the retreat to 60 people so sign up fast and then get your deposit off ASAP.
Savedsinnr was so smart in making a blog for the 2012 Retreat that I copied her idea and - inadvertently - her google blog. So for ALL the information and the registration forms go to http://cof2013.blogspot.com/
