Anyone been to quilt shops in Bay City? I have a training for work there in July and it looks like there are a couple shops, one in town. Any been to these? Thank you very much! Fabric fair is definitely worth the stop. They have several rooms of fabric including a couple of discount room in the back. Another place is the Snail Trail Quilt shop---its kinda small though and I wasn't too impressed and probably wouldn't stop there a second time. There is a JoAnn's on Center in Bay City also. I know you mentioned you were looking for shops in Bay City but I have never heard anyone mention this place---Bay View Calico Quilt Shop, it is just North of Augres on 23. I haven't been in there since last summer, but they had a fabulous selection of cottons and batiks. Lots of light prints---shirtings and such. Just thought I would throw that name in.
