Hello all:
Wondering if any of you have seen anything from The Dutch Quilter. Her applique technique using hot ribbon is amazing. Add shading with copic markers and you have a beautiful result. Many of her patterns are large, Georgia O' Keefe-like flowers. I love her stuff. check her out at www.Thedutchquilter.com.

I am from Pennsylvania and have had the opportunity to take a class with the Dutch Quilter. She comes to the Quilt Show in Chautaqua, NY in Sept and then teaches at the Millcreek Quilt shop in Erie afterwards. She is a delightful teacher and her husband is a doll. I love her techniques and was glad to see the post of the tutorial from Evelyn B and the correct website from Anael7621. Thanks ladies!!

She was someone I considered as a speaker for our retreat...

The Dutch Quilter would make a great speaker. She has relatives that lives in the DC area. I took the class with Hot Potter Mama and she is a really good teacher.
