loved the mentioning of aunt's Mary Ann, I was well into my late 30's before having Caleb, and before him I relished in my nieces and nephews and did more than my fair share of carpooling them to and from school, ball games, academic meets, cheer leading, dancing, made a gazillion costumes for plays and Halloween, made birthday cakes, showed up for school functions when mom was at work or sick, and had tons of sleepovers, worked at the concession stands, and car washes, sold girl scout cookies,you name it, I put in the time...  and wouldn't have had it any other way...Happy Mother's Day one and all...whether it be mom, mum, aunt, grandma, mamaw, mama, nunna, nana,...and any other I have left out...may you have a lovely day and be spoiled as much as you have spoiled the children over the years! Sunshine, you made me smile and remember all the times that Sue gave me a hand with all those things you mentioned. My 2 boys know that Sue will be in their corner no matter what. She would have made a great Mom. I couldn't have done it without her. Happy Mothers Day to all. | |||

Happy Mothers Day to all. Son and Grandson took me out to eat last night for Mothers Day. Both have to work on Sunday. Will not be cooking, hopefully hubby will grill for me on Sunday. | |||
