Another craft resource bites the dust.

Tipnut.com is signing off the Internet. The past posts will still be there but there will be no more.

I can't even print anything off, because my printer/scanner croaked the other day when my Visa was compromised. And I just read a bit ago that Citigroup is laying off 11,000 workers. I think I have generalized anxiety!!!!!

I did cry!!!But leveled out when I realized stuff will stay on line. Whew!!!

If any of you have been with that site from the beginning, you will understand 'burn out'. She did her posts daily and then finally had to go to weekly because it was sooooo much work.

I think she has done a superb job keeping that site going. I really will miss it.

I'm not familiar with the site - sounds like I missed out on something great. Just a thought for Nancy on printing. Your comp may have some sort of "pdf writer", mine has a "cute pdf". I select print, and then find my "pdf writer" in my printer list and select that. Then I select print. It creates a pdf document that I can save to my computer.

Marion, the weekly update pages are only staying until the end of January, 2013. If I read correctly the rest of the site will still be accessible.

KBlue, it was/is a great site. She posted allll kinds of DIY stuff not just sewing/quilting. A real potpourri of handy things to know or do around the house or for yourself. Pretty practical things, too.
