I was wondering if any of you have some bling on your quilts? I did this quilt last summer and quiltslots did the quilting. First picture is the quilt, second picture is the center of the star.

Great job! Can't see real well, are those crystals scattered in the quilting?

I don't mind coming to work. But that 8 hr. wait to go home is a drag.

That is a stand out quilt, Amiko. Did you do that for yourself?

I really like it too, your choice for the border fabric is fantastic...love it...that Labryinth pattern goes together fairly quickly...it took me longer to cut out the pieces for the 2 I did than it did to sew them I believe!

Awesome quilt, thanks for sharing...

I have about 80 crystals scattered throughout the quilt with a bunch of them in the center of the star.

Man, that is beautiful! Great job!
only time i did any "bling", was on a quilt that had snow flakes in the background fabric, i hand sewed on beautiful beads on one snowflake..which was about 4". I stopped after that one, because i just could not handle the hand sewing..my hands crap up..but it looked really pretty!

I find more traditional quilts at the quilt shows I have been to recently have been using crystals on them. I really like the look, not too much, but just enough for a little punch. I used hot crystals and that has worked well for me.
