Wow!! I can't believe how many have already signed up! There's not too many spots left. It looks like it's going to be a great retreat!!! (Although, I had no doubt that it would be anything but great!)
WOW! WOW! WOW! In just a little over 24 hours we have our Official List of 2009 COF Retreaters!!! OMG! Is this going to be fun or what!!! ShawKL - I was getting nervous as I didn't see you signing up but you made it as #60!!!
I am so sorry for anyone you might have missed the Official signups. Please, if you are interested in coming PM me. I will have a wait list on a first come, first serve basis in case a spot becomes open and someone decides that they cannot make the trip.
OK ladies - there's lots of planning to be done and tons of projects to work on over the next year so please be patient when asking for information. As soon as we have something to post it will be posted. For now just start saving your pennies for one of the best times ever
You want to know something incredible! Out of the 60 ladies that will be attending COF 2009, 28 are newbies!!!!! Ya'll are in for a treat!

WOW that's incredible that it filled up so fast...we musta pulled those newbies in w/all of our talk of the past 2 retreats eh? LOL!
Nicki, when are you going to set a date for registration fees being in? That will definitely get those just thinking about to commit and then you'll have a better count...I THINK! Just a thought...~
Thanks again girlfriend, was fun talking to you today..as always!
Hugs, Lin

We're taking the grandkids on a vacation the first week of June and if gas isn't $6 a gallon, we may be gone for two weeks. I also need a new sewing machine so I had to look at the old budget and put the grandkids over the retreat and the new machine.
Bonnie, I'm sure someone will need to drop out (even if they don't want to) and you'll get to go.
edit: Quiltbea, I'm glad to see you made the list!

••• I just crunched a few numbers and here's what I came up with.
We have 33 returnees (counting both retreats) and 27 Newbies
PLUS
There will be 20 who have played in the Scraps to Treasures Challenge and 18 of those are playing this year. WOW! This is so cool to meet the ladies in the challenge. I am also looking forward to getting to know all of you.

Life without quilting is not an option! • • • • • MY Photos • • • • • • ENJOY !
I saw this yesterday before it was full, but dh is away and I wouldn't sign up to anything before I talked to him so I let it slide. As it happens I realised that I need to go home in late May next year for a family birthday, so this would have been almost impossible to manage without a separate trip.
I'm sure you will all have another wonderful retreat!!! Btw, that hotel is where I had my wedding reception many years ago, LOL!!

Wow, full already. I'm glad we responded early. No plane fare costs for me as I'm only a couple of hours away. Hmmm, does that mean more to spend at Keepsake, etc.???????
