I ordered 2 pieces of fabric for the abc swap from Graphic Impressions on Nov 6, and just got a email from them that my ordered was overlooked, as they were getting ready for Houston Quilt show and now they are out of both!!

I have never had a fabric store do that, now I have to scramble and find some fabric...

but just wanted to say buyer beware of this store.

Try www.equilter.com. or www.craftconn.com. they have a lot in stock and ship quickly.

I don't think they sound so bad, atleast they answered you so you could look elsewhere. Some stores (not quilting) don't bother to let you know they no longer have what you want in stock and that it was their fault.

I don't think it would have bothered my but the houston quilt show was before I ordered, unless I am mistaken it was Nov 4th weekend and I ordered the 7th....

sprmom ~ is there something I can send in for the ABC swap for you ? just PM me, and I'll check my stash and the drawers and the tubs oh yeah, and the bathtub and may even go into the basement

Watch out sprmom, if SS is sending you might get a tub of orange!

How disappointing when you thought you had all the fabrics you needed.
