Just finished my first t to t lighted present to set in front of my house. Would someone be so kind and post the three pictures of it for me, here, so I could share? My email address is in my profile, if you would have the time to do this.
Thank You in advance.

Wendygail,
Thank You for posting my trash to treasure presents.
As you can see by the first picture, this is a wire dog kennel, using the clips to attach the lights. The second picture is the same kennel wrapped in a cheapy plastic tablecloth, with ribbon trim and a bow. I used two dog kennels, a birdcage and a display rack from dollar store that had the wire hanging baskets in it. Orginally wanted to make a large firecracker out of the tall cylinder for the fourth of July.
The third picture is of all of them on my porch, didn't use the light clips on the others, just used strips of packing tape to attach the lights. At night when they are lit, they look pretty good from the street. Still I think I need one more, what do you think?
Again Thank You for all the help.

Sadly my cats are having a field day shreading them, they think its a new scratching post, or place to lay in the sun, rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
While out shopping keep an eye open for anything that can be wrapped like a present.

That is an awesome idea!! Got my imagination going and I thought of using the plastic milk crates. They stack nicely on top of one another so they would be great to make different size packages! Happy "trash" decorating!!

Those are great!! Thanks for sharing!! I was also thinking about using the plastic crates...!! Smile
Hmm I have lots of other things I can mask around here into presents until January to free up space...
..this idea might serve a dual purpose for me at the moment--thanks also for the inspiration!!

Wendygail is a sweetie for helping to post the pics--thanks!!

Ladies, if you get the chance check out the Holiday board, look for a post be Shawneegal, (look what Militarymom did for kids). Its a cattle tub disguised as Santa's Sack, cattle mineral comes in this tub, it used to be red, but has faded to pink. I also use it for a huge pumpkin for Thanksgiving pictures, or on the back side there is a jack-o-lantern face for Halloween.
Its just so much fun to spend time with my Grandkids, their Teachers, Principal and Classmates.
Already working on next years Holiday idea, thinking a wingback chair, painted red of course, with presents sittiing on the floor. An endtable decorated with a candle (battery type), a glass of milk and a plate of cookies for Santa. While the Kids look like they are reading The Night Before C-h-i-s-t-m-a-s. Would be great if I could time to where its on pajama day at school. Would that be cute or what? Maybe the Teachers could be in a big fluffy bathrobe, fuzzy slippers enjoying a cup of cocoa, they seem to get as excited about these photo ops as the Kids. Just thinking out loud, please feel free to jump in with any suggestions, always like to swap ideas.
