Hi there, I'm brand new here and looking foward to visiting often.
I have aquired a beautiful table leg, 34" long by 3.5" at widest point. I'm trying to think of something to use it for, any ideas??
    Thank You!!

Yes I must give kudos to Robomargo also. This past week I checked her blog and have spent most of the day today duplicating some of the things I saw on her site. My living room looks amazing if I do say so myself and I did it with things I already had. I just enjoy that part so much Big Grin

I've seen some cute bird feeders made with them. You could put a cute teacup and saucer at the top to hold bird seed.

There are so many other ideas for nice table legs, and I'm sure you will find great ideas at Robolady's website too.

I'm going to get a disposable camera so I can take some pics and send to you because my phone photos didn't turn out Eek Anyway I have always had a dark corner in the living room - lost space of about 3 feet and no matter what I put there, it just disappeared. I looked at your site and saw the shuttered doors so I put them in that corner, added a $5.00 garage sale table, put a table cloth over it with a lamp and voila, it instantly took on life. I also took a big picture frame I found at an estate sale, painted it and put a rustic star like thing in the middle of it. Lastly I framed a picture on my wall with old shutters from my childhood home. All of these ideas were taken from your site and I'm humbly grateful for your inspiration. Smile

I found this old sofa in the desert and pulled the feet off of it and used them to make this hat rack for my massive hat collection. It turned out pretty cool, I'm happy with it. Used some old rusty banding to add that rustic look, and polyurethrane, forever my friend! Hee hee.

I'd like to see your pics, but the link came up to your MySpace page - what do I do next? (my space challenged here)

I'm not sure. I thought anyone could actually just go on. It may be that one has to have a myspace account. If that's the case, I'll have to move them all to msn or somewhere, not sure. I'll work that out and leave a note. Dang, I worked so hard getting them up!!!

    LOL I'm sorry - Smile

Okay, I'm moving everything over so here's what I have so far.

It's not legs but it is feet that I used to make a hat rack featured on this site. Hopefully, there won't be a problem seeing the photos here. Hee hee.
