We need help!!!
We are remodel our bathroom, and order the vanity/cabinetry online. The company called Plannet decor. However, the vanity is defected. therefore we were not be able to install. We call the company and took pictures and send it to them tell them where is the problem is. They agreed that it was their fabrication problem and promised to send us a new vanity. However, it's been a month and we still have not seen the new vanity. We called them and ask to see where is the order but we never got through with any body. We asked for the manager but he is not available. No one wanted to help us. We are so not not happy and want to do something about it but not knowing what to do. Does anyone have any advise of what to do about this? Please help us, we are so stuck. Thank
Max

Many local television stations have a "what's bugging you?" reporter who helps consumers in situations like yours - to resolve unacceptable business practices, fraud, et cetera. Worth a try.

Hope you've gotten your vanity by now.

You should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Most times, this will actually help kick the company into gear.

Also, don't be afraid to contact them and raise some, um, heck. You definitely deserve better treatment and service than what you're getting.

My rules to live by: If life gets hectic and chaotic, clean out closets. Purge often.

You say you ordered online so you probably used a credit card. You have probably paid the credit card bill already, but after you called the company, you should have notified the credit card company of the problem. You would not have to pay that charge on the bill immediately and you would not incur interest on the disputed charge. The company has more incentive to help you if they have not been paid.
