my bath is small with an exceptional amount of pink. the entire bath has pink tile and a pink bathtub.any ideas on wall or accent colors? i tried white
You could also do a lighter shade of pink if you can handle a very bold statement. We had a red bathroom once and after I got used to it, it was great!
The prettiest "vintage" bathroom I've seen had pink tile. The owner papered the walls with a black and cream toile. The room had a matching window valence. It was very elegant and sophisticated.
Last night DTS showed a bathroom with pink tile. They toned it down with paint (it was either tan or sage, couldn't tell for sure) and a shower curtain in brown and a tad of pink stripes. The difference was amazing, the pink wasn't overwhelming and it really looked great.
I saw that episode and they painted the pink tiles white. I've read comments on this process elsewhere on this board and the paint apparently doesn't last. Believe me, I've thought about it as our teeny MB has gold tub, tile walls, and floor. ICK...can't afford to fix right now.
