I'm a big fan of the show, but not of Richard Steinberg. I don't understand why the producers would allow someone whose so arrogant?

Please highlight the other Warburg brokers.

I agree and so annoying. I miss the Core team!

Richard Steinberg isn't so bad. He's a little over the top, a little too much energy maybe, talks a bit fast, always has to go, go, go. But I sorta look forward to seeing him on Selling New York. And if you want to really see arrogant, watch that other show on Bravo.

I know at least one of the Core agents that usually appear on the show switched employers. I know Kirk Rundhaug did. I would post a link but not sure that's allowed here. I guess you can google the name and see the articles.

Although I would like to see Maggie from Core a tad bit more. I think the last time I saw her, she was trying to get a townhouse listing which had an indoor pool in the center of the house. I was just thinking why. It will be impossible to sell, the smell, the humidity, and the space it takes up in that Manhattan townhouse. And it hasn't sold yet.

Ok to post a link, wsj, using the URL tab above. We all love to hear the backstory.

They seem to trade off enough, for us anyway, between the brokerage firms.

Okay, here's the link to Kirk leaving Core.

A few others have left too, but I don't recall seeing them on selling New York. Osher, the boss, said "As a boutique agency who provides the highest level of service in our industry to our agents, we expect a high level of performance". In other words, high pressure job, you'd better selling or you're out.

But Kirk didn't seem to have that problem, he went to Elliman for a better title, more money, and to sell new projects. Also, Elliman is the firm that has 2 agents on that other show on Bravo. He could appear on there sometime in the future.

Thanks for posting the link, wsj. Saves us all a little search time.

Wow, was it necessary for Osher to bad-mouth the departing agents? So they lost 10 out of how many? Thought someone mentioned 1/3 of the firm in the comment section. Is Core on its way out?

Great move for Kirk. Will miss him on SNY. Interesting to hear that he's also a designer. Hope we see him again on HGTV.
