Hi friends,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm looking to make a mint garden this summer and was wondering where I might order some of the many scented mint plants? There are so many different ones: pineapple, orange, apple, lavender, ginger, etc. Does anyone know of a good place? Thanks.

Never heard of them but am now curious. Do they smell like their name? What do you use them for? Could you just boil some for the smell?

PeachyBeBe ~ Mint is very hardy in So. TX. All varieties smell like mint. It is great in ice tea.

Make certain you plant the mint where you do not mind if it spreads. I received 1 small piece, with roots, and it just took over my bed. You can always pull some of it up and share. You will have enough for ALL your neighbors and family. Cool

That's the truth! I'm just getting rid of some mint I planted a few years ago. It took over! Never again.

Oh yes it spreads like crazy. I was given a few plants and they were taking over one of my gardens. I got rid of it. So yes watch were you plant.
