Hi,
I am still working on a design for a new kitchen. The salesperson who is putting the design together for me has the oven and refrigerator next to each other. She assured me that they could be close together but I am not sure. Please help!

Are you concerned about the heat from the oven affecting the frig? With the way things are made now I would not think that would be a problem but to be safe contact the mfg. of the frig you are using and ask them.

If they are side by side do you have a good landing place to put items that come out of the frig (the most often used appliance of the two). Also you need a good spot, next to or very, very near the oven for hot things.
