I am redoing my kitchen - have stainless appliances and 1 inch square glass tile on the backsplash. Lighting is modern with brushed steel accents as well as the knobs on the traditional cupboards. We are doing the counter tops in a solid surface. I need to decide between the roundover, bevel or double roundover for the edge. Is there one that is better for a modern/traditional kitchen or is it just my preference. Thank you in advance...........

When I chose the edge for my quartz countertops, I went with a "modified" square edge. They are slightly rounded (so I don't injure myself on a knife edge!) then straight.

Myself...I would lean toward simple...the roundover would probably be my choice.

I went with a double round over on mine as it looked cleaner to me .I just did not like some of the other edges plus some cost more money .
