I have rarely posted here, but I have always received the help I needed. I learn a lot by reading all of the other posts. So.....Thank you for another year of being here to help! My last post was about a 1926 home DS wanted to purchase which had knob & tube. DS was willing to fix the other problems with the house except this. The seller said no. As this was a "divorce" scenario DS reminded the seller that he had already lost a buyer or two and asked again that he replace the wiring and close the deal. I guess that did the trick. My son and his wife now have the greatest little bungalow home! With the help of DH & I, they have put in countless hours of work, and they have more to do. Have a great New Year! A late response from me but I was "banned" from the site buy a faulty ant-virus program on my computer! We all appreciate your comments; thank you. Note also that we learn when we read and respond to questions here; it is a two-way street! | ||||
