someone please help!
I need ideas on covering up plumbing pipes in the basement. I'm trying to make the space a living room. I have 7 feet 8 inch celing but there are pipes going in all directions. Don't have the money to get a plumber to move 'em so I need ideas to cover without loosing the hight.
Please if someone has any ideas let me know.
thanks

How about a drop ceiling? You could drop it down just enough to cover the pipes. Plus, if you ever need to access the pipes, you would just have to remove a couple of panels. They have alot more different styles these days, so it won't look like the 70's look.

If you can't frame in around them with out lossing the height then why not just paint them that way they wont be as noticeble.
