In the latest remodel: backsplash tiles had too much grout on them and I used a cleaner that had some acid in it and apparantly did not wipe it off of the plumbing fixtures (splattered). Now I have splatters on my plumbing fixtures as it ate through the finish. Both chrome and a satin finish. Any clue on options short of replacing them? They are BRAND NEW!!! Thanks.

alot of the faucets they make now a days are plastic with chrome looking finish, I do believe you'll need to replace them. sorry but you should have done the tile work first before the faucet was installed. Good luck
