I would love to get the same color and feel to the floor as these floors. I am not a big fan of yellowness that natural oak floors gain with time.

Can anyone help me identify which wood floors these are? I do not know much about this stuff.

Any help is greatly approciated.

The grain pattern, knots, and light/dark pattern suggests maple. Maple hardwood will retain its natural whiteness if finished with a water-base protectant. It will become more yellow with an oil finish.
