Replacing Door Trim Sign In/Join

I need to replace some door trim around my house. How do you match up a trim that I do not see at my local home improvement store.

You may have to go to a regular lumber yard. Most big box stores only handle a small selection of the most commonly used trim. I assume you are talking about "casing" rather than the jamb portion.
