I just finished painting with Lowe's Valspar's Kitchen and Bath enamel. The color is too intense for me. Must I prime the walls again and if so, must I sand the walls first since they have a gloss? Or, can I put two coats of a lighter shade on top of this darker color? All of this work and it's not right!

Just lightly sand and clean the dust and you are ready to go.
