The shower floor has its lowest point in the middle but the drain is on the highest side. Is there any solution without redoing the floor b/c it has a nice and elaborated tile design? Does it exist a waterproof, clear substance that can be applied to create the right slope so the water will drain correctly and the tiles will be seen through?

No, tear out and redo is the only solution

Who ever did the shower was not experienced in showers!!!!

I'm surprised it passed code. If you sell your home, that will be a big strike.

I would go after the tile guy or any responsible party. That design must be torn out and totally redone, after the slope of the pan(which may require a totally new pan installation) is corrected.
