I want to paint the walls of my condo. I want to start with the living room (a great room that combines my living and dining area). My condo faces east and has floor to almost ceiling windows across the outer wall, so the room gets tons of natural light. I want to paint the dining area too to give hit some definition, but I don't want to use something that is going to clash with the living area. And since the space is relatively small, I want to use a color that doesn't diminish the space, but actually makes it look a little bigger. Any suggestions for colors? I want to use a green on the wall and a half that surrounds the dining area, so I need something that will blend nicely with that. Since I live on the coast, my décor is tropical/coastal...however, I want to a more sophisticated level of décor as opposed to the general flip flop, Jimmy Buffet type of décor. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
